The report is usually generated within 2 to 3 days of the inspection. The report includes photographs illustrating the condition of the property as well as complete narrative reporting of the findings for any repairs or upgrades that are recommended, and may include a cost estimate to implement recommendations made in the report. All reports are detailed yet easy to read, understand and include repair and replacement schedules of multiple systems and equipment if applicable.
